  IMPORTANT MESSAGE

 We have moms who reach out to us because they are having a hard time being a new mom and need support. We hear you, and we are working on your behalf. Our next support group is not until July, so in the meantime, please contact your local United Way and YMCA. They have resources to help you.

To find your local United Way, visit their national website - United Way Worldwide. Click on FIND YOUR UNITED WAY in the upper right corner. Enter your zip code and the contact information for your local United Way will appear. They can help you.

Contact your local YMCA. The YMCA is a Christ-centered organization just like us. They have resources to help you take care of your physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being. If your income is limited, don't worry. They have scholarships. You may be able to get a membership for $20 a month. They offer childcare so you can exercise and socialize with others in a nurturing and positive environment.

Reach out to these organizations. Don't try to do it all on your own.
